A display apparatus includes a substrate including a plurality of subpixels; a pattern portion having a concave shape and disposed between adjacent subpixels of the plurality of the subpixels; and a reflective portion disposed on the pattern portion, wherein each of the plurality of the subpixels includes a light emitting layer disposed on the substrate; and a nano-lens portion including a plurality of nano-lenses, and disposed between the light emitting layer and the substrate and spaced apart from the reflective portion, thereby improving a light extraction efficiency of light emitted from the light emitting layer.
