Disclosed is a resin film including an anti-glare layer that includes scattering particles having irregularities formed on surfaces of the anti-glare layer. The resin film includes a binder made of a resin dispersing the scattering particles, and a low refractive index layer on the anti-glare layer. The low refractive index layer has a refractive index less than or equal to 1.4, and the anti-glare layer has a flat portion and a protrusion where the scattering particles protrude from the flat portion.
