The user equipment, comprising: a receiver, operative to receive indication information of power determination basis for sidelink transmission, the indication information indicating a set of downlink reference signal(s) for determining pathloss used for power control of a sidelink channel to be transmitted by the user equipment or that the pathloss for power control of the sidelink channel is determined based on sidelink reference signal(s); and a circuitry, operative to determine the pathloss used for power control of the sidelink channel based on the indication information.
