[Also in Division B5] A frame for mounting inserts on cards is formed from a tape structure 10 (Fig. 1, not shown) comprising a first tape 11 having a pressure sensitive adhesive on one surface thereof and a plurality of spaced transverse slits 20 defining a plurality of areas spaced longitudinally of the tape and a second tape 13 which is provided with longitudinally spaced rectangular apertures 14 which are placed in registry with the spaced areas of tape 11 -when the tape 13 is applied to one surface 16 of tape 11, the apertures 14 being of substantially the same longitudinal dimension as said areas but of smaller transverse dimension. The slits 20 are such as to sever the tape 11 into individual sheets, the adhesive surface which is ex- Cosed in the apertures 14 being protected by a third removable tape 15. By cutting central openings 22, 22 1 (Fig. 4, not shown) in both tapes simultaneously with slits 20 individual frames 21 are formed which are each supported over a respective aperture 14 by the marginal edges of tape 13. An insert is mounted in an aperture 40 (Fig. 6, not shown) of a card 41, the removable tape is peeled off the tape structure 10, which is moved over the aperture 40. A frame 21 is then pushed out through the aperture 14 into contact with the card 41 and the insert.
