A large buoy construction of relatively thin wall composite material, which walls are integrally formed and interconnected by a reinforcing matrix frame comprising reinforcing members sandwiched between layers of screens, to which the cement-type material can be applied by use of power equipment in a rapid application and thorough penetration into the matrix to accomplish onsite formless molding of integral, unitary structures having complex shapes and junctions.
