The above-mentioned signal generator is driven synchronized with an input pulse. The first or an n''th output signal of the above-mentioned signal generator is arbitrarily extracted, thereby a pulse having a predetermined delay time can be obtained. The delay time of the obtained delayed pulse with regard to the input pulse is measured by using a delay time indicating signal generator including one or two flip-flop circuits.
