Abstract:
An improved method for brazing cuprous or ferrous surfaces utilizing an admixture of brazing powder and certain hydroxycontaining organic compounds. The organic compounds provide an effective medium for adhering the brazing powder to a metallic surface and enable the preparation of a convenient, easy to use, brazing slurry.
