A liquid dispenser for adding a proportionate amount of a secondary liquid to a moving stream of primary liquid, such as a deodorant or disinfectant to the flushing water of a toilet. The dispenser is designed so that mixing of the primary and secondary liquids take place within a movable plunger within the device. This arrangement allows for a simplified and inexpensive construction, without the requirement of any external actuating mechanism.
