O-alkyl-O-[1,6-dihydro-1-substituted-6-oxo-pyrimidin-4-yl]-(thiono) (thiol) phosphoric (phosphonic) acid esters and ester-amides of the formula ##STR1## in which R represents alkyl,R.sup.1 represents alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, monoalkylamino or phenyl,R.sup.2 represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio or dialkylamino,R.sup.3 represents alkyl or alkenyl,R.sup.4 represents hydrogen, alkyl or halogen, andX represents oxygen or sulphur,Which possess insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal properties.
