N-(Aminomethylene)-(monothio and dithio)-phosphoric acid diester-amides of the formula ##STR1## wherein R and R.sup.1 each independently is alkoxy or alkylthio,R.sup.2 is alkyl, andX is oxygen or sulphur,which possess arthropodicidal and nematicidal properties.
