摘要：
This invention relates to novel compounds useful as intermediates in the preparation of cephalosporin compounds of antibacterial activity, having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a group of the formula ##STR2## in which X is sulfur, oxygen or substituted or unsubstituted imino, andR.sup.2 is hydrogen or a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon residue,a derivative at the carboxy group thereof and salt thereof.
