摘要：
A dielectric ceramic composition for microwave frequencies comprises a solid solution of BaO, SnO.sub.2, MgO and Ta.sub.2 O.sub.5, said solid solution being represented by the general formula:Ba(Sn.sub.x Mg.sub.y Ta.sub.z)O.sub.7/2-x/2-3y/2where x, y and z are mole fractions of the respective components, 0.04.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.26, 0.23.ltoreq.y.ltoreq.0.31, 0.51.ltoreq.z.ltoreq.0.65, and x+y+z=1.00.
