A nonseparation monosheet integrated type color diffusion transfer photographic film unit is disclosed comprising(a) a light-sensitive element comprising a support having provided thereon in this order an image receiving layer, a white reflection layer and at least one silver halide emulsion layer associated with a dye providing compound capable of forming or releasing a diffusible dye as a result of development;(b) a cover sheet;(c) at least one neutralizing layer;(d) a container provided between the emulsion layer of the light-sensitive element and the cover sheet, containing an alkali processing composition which contains an aluminum compound.
