Composition for dermatological application to be used for freckles, liver-spots, and acnes containing as an active constituent 0.1 to 40 wt % of a dicarboxylic acid ester, having 7 to 13 carbon atoms as activated constituent and represented by the general formula of ##STR1## wherein n=5-11R.sub.1 =ethyl, isopropyl, glyceryl, or H,R.sub.2 =ethyl, isopropyl, glyceryl or H,and wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 together are diethyl, diisopropyl, and diglyceryl, and H and ethyl, H and isopropyl, H and glyceryl.
