According to the invention, reinforcement bars (1; 11; 21; 22) which are usually welded, are assembled by means of clips (30) which are elastically clipped in position at the nodes formed by the bars (2, 12, 21).These clips also perform a spacing function when the reinforcements are placed in position in the moulds employed for manufacturing reinforced concrete products.Application in particular in the manufacture of reinforced concrete ties.
