A mirror holding mechanism for maintaining the mirror at the charge position, a mirror charge detecting device for detecting the completion of the mirror charge, a mode setting device for setting a continuous photographing mode, and a control device for releasing the hold of the mirror by the mirror holding mechanism when the mirror charge detecting device detects the charge completion position of the mirror, at the continuous photographing mode are also provided.
