The pouch on the pouch is configured to be movable back and forth on the surface of the underside of the glans penis from approximately 1/2 cm below the urethra orifice to a point approximately 2 cm from the orifice. The pouch on the pouch moves to stroke and stimulate the glans penis during coitus.
