摘要：
The present invention provides a developing device disposed adjacently to a rotatably arranged electrostatic latent image support member, including;a rotatably arranged toner transport member contacting the electrostatic latent image support member anda member contacting the toner transport member for forming a toner layer on external surface of the toner transport member,the toner transport member including irregularities of 20-200 .mu.m in mean mountain distance on its surface.
