摘要：
A ferrite carrier for electrophotographic developers which comprises a lithium-based ferrite having the general formula(Li.sub.2 O).sub.x (Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3).sub.100-xwherein x is not more than 16.7 mole % and a part of Li.sub.2 O and/or Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 is substituted with at least one member selected from the group consisting of alkaline earth metal oxides.
