A laminate is disposed at the high-temperature side of the vacuum heat-insulated space, and a board having an inorganic material is disposed at the low temperature side. The laminate includes inorganic sheet members and metallic foils with low heat emissivity, the sheet members and metallic foils being alternately laid in plural layers.
