The internal part can act on the external insertion part by expanding or spreading, whereby a tension- and/or form-fitting engagement with the contour of the hole in the window is produced, and is characterized in that the external insertion part has a slot-shaped opening, in which the internal insertion part rests movably in the assembly position at least until the internal insertion part is braced with the external insertion part.
