A drive force transmission mechanism for reciprocating a fishline guide body with respect to a fishline parallel-winding unit by transmitting drive force from the handle shaft to the fishline parallel-winding unit is provided between the handle shaft and the fishline parallel-winding unit and within the side plate on the side where the handle is disposed.
