A screw jack (10) driven by an electric motor (11) is fitted in each corner in the under part (8) to raise the top part (1). Synchronous running of all the electric motors (11) during the raising or lowering operation of the top part (1) is ensured by a common electronic control device (12) which is fitted in the under part (8).
