The color selection time fractions during which the color pixels are activated are different for different color pixels in such a way that the color selection time fraction for the color pixel which requires the largest quantity of electrons for displaying maximum white is longer than the color selection time fraction of the color pixel which requires the smallest quantity of electrons for this purpose.
