Compounds represented by general formula (1) and a herbicide containing any of the compounds as the active ingredient, wherein R1, R2, and R3 each independently represents halogeno, C1-6 allyl, etc.; R4 and R5 each independently represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, etc.; and Het represents either an isoxazole group optionally substituted by C1-4 alkyl or a derivative of the group.
