A resin composition comprising the following components (1) and (2): (1) a water-soluble resin having siloxane bonds, and (2) a siloxane compound represented by the formula (A1): SiOaXbYc (A1) wherein X is a hydrolyzable group, Y is a non-hydrolyzable group, 0≦a≦1.4, and b/(b+c)=0.01 to 1.0, provided 2a+b+c=4.
