The present invention provides a device for safely and completely performing the anastomosis of the bypass graft to the coronary artery on the beating heart with good patency, which comprises: a means for rotating a heart to obtain excellent exposure of the target coronary artery to be anastomosed and absorbing the portion of the myocardium to stabilize the anastomosis area without reducing cardiac output; a means for perfusion to the distal myocardium during the anastomosis of the bypass graft to the coronary artery; and a means for compressing the coronary artery proximal and distal to the site of the anastomosis at a minimum stress to perform occlusion for obtaining bloodless operative field.
