Upon detecting a seated occupant having a body build equal to or greater than a predetermined value based on a value detected by a seat load sensor, the control circuit operates the motor in a predetermined direction to forcibly switch a manual cutoff switch from an OFF position to an ON position, and then locks the motor to prevent the manual cutoff switch from being switched to the OFF position.
