Customer information systems connected with the customer support center via a communication line, use the information of the customer support center, and support the customer. The customer support center comprises a collector for collecting and distributing usage information and quality information of the device, and a memory storing the usage information and quality information of the device as it is or after modifying it. The customer information systems use the usage information and quality information of the device collected by the customer support center, and support the customers.
