The charge transport layer comprises a binder and charge transport molecules, wherein the binder eliminates or minimizes crystallization of the charge transport molecules. Optionally, an electrophotographic imaging member comprises a substrate and a single charge generating and charge transport layer. The single charge generating and charge transport layer comprises a binder, charge generating molecules and charge transport molecules, wherein the binder eliminates or minimizes crystallization of the charge transport molecules. Specific binders are PCZ-800, a PCZ-500, or a PCZ-400 polycarbonate resin.
