The invention further relates to a mounting element (5) with adjustable bias, whereby between a cap bell (10) and the mounting element (5) there is a permanently elastic spring element (7) that permits a relative movement of the cap bell (10) with respect to the mounting element (5). The invention further relates to the realization of a plurality of three-dimensional articulations (12, 13) between the insulating glass plate (2, 50) and the holder on the building side.
