The transmitting region includes a color element. The spotting precision test region is positioned apart from the pixel region and includes a second light shielding layer and a spotting precision test layer provided to cover at least the second light shielding layer. The spotting precision test layer region includes an evaluation region partitioned by the second light shielding layer.
