The pair of hollow protruding portions 6b are opposed to the driving member 2 and operated by manipulating the rotational direction of the driving member 2 following the operation of the operating member 2 to press sliders 7 using slider pressing portions 2e of the driving member 2. The other pair of hollow protruding portions 6b are opposed to the operating member 3 and operated by manipulating the rotational direction of the operating member 3 following the operation of the operating member 3 to press the sliders 7 using slider pressing portions 3d of the operating member 3.
