In some instances, such a device can include a wire holding device that may be considered to be disposable. A wire holding device may include a base fixture, a clamp fixture, holding apparatus to hold the clamp fixture to the base fixture, releasing apparatus to release the clamp fixture from the base fixture, and selecting apparatus to select between the holding apparatus and the releasing apparatus.
