The device comprises a tray for supporting a disk within the housing, first and second transfer rollers carried by arms, that are resiliently urged against the peripheral edge of the disk, and spaced from each other along a side of the tray to apply a rotational force to a side peripheral edge of the disk, and fixed guide members for supporting the other side peripheral edge of the disk that is inserted from the slot.
