The housing is connected to a top plate, and the top plate is connected to an end plate. The top plate encloses a displacement space which is disposed in an inlet chamber in the mating part, such that the inlet opening in the top plate is disposed in the region of the displacement space and/or a backflow check valve is disposed in the area of the outlet opening such that the backflow check valve is positioned axially outside the effective filter element surface.
