In the individual electrode row closest to a base-end side of the FPC, the individual electrodes whose auxiliary electrode regions are on the tip-end side of the FPC in relation to the main electrode regions and the individual electrodes whose auxiliary electrode regions are on the base-end side of the FPC 50 in relation to the main electrode regions are mixed.
