The two-axial rotational driving apparatus comprises a first actuator which rotationally drives a support member on which a driven member is mounted around a first axis through a first rotation member, a second actuator which rotationally drives a second rotation member, a converting mechanism which converts rotation of the second rotation member into rotation around a second axis to rotate the support member around the second axis.
