The screwing element is screwed onto an upper surface of the load plate. The screwing element defines a channel (5010) therein. The elastic piece forms a pair of hook portions (511). The hook portions extend through the load plate and lock the screwing element at a locking position, the hook portions of the elastic piece engage the channel of the screw element so as to indicate the locking position.
