The status determiner determines reception status of the screen data to be one of three statuses of “abnormal”, “normal”, and “recovery” from “abnormal” to “normal” on the basis of frame losses. In a case of the “abnormal” status, a transmission controller does not read the input data stored in the data storage. In a case of the “normal” status, the transmission controller reads the input data stored in the data storage, transmits the input data via the transmitter, and deletes the input data stored in the data storage. In a case of the “recovery” status, the transmission confirmer instructs the output unit to output the input data stored in the data storage to ask the user whether to transmit the input data to the server.
