The control unit is configured to discriminate the banknote, by using the detection information detected by one of the plurality of sensors, which is newly attached to one of the bodies, in addition to the detection information detected by the sensor or sensors already attached to the bodies, if the one of the plurality of sensors is attached to the one of the bodies.
