The rotator is adopted for rotating on a reference plane about a spindle axis passing through the rotator. The spindle axis is substantially perpendicular to the reference plane. The carrier is disposed at the rotator. The optical path adjusting member is disposed at the carrier and at the optical path of the light beam. The optical path adjusting member has an incident surface inclined at an angle with respect to the reference plane.
