A fiber of the first tip bias layer is oriented at an angle which is equal to or greater than 25 degrees and is equal to or smaller than 65 degrees with respect to an axis of the shaft. A fiber of the second tip bias layer is oriented at an angle which is equal to or greater than −65 degrees and is equal to or smaller than −25 degrees with respect to the axis of the shaft. The shaft is obtained by winding a tip bias stuck body (V1) fabricated by sticking a first tip bias sheet (a8) and a second tip bias sheet (a9) together.
