A through hole 311 of the holder 3 is formed at a position facing a lens 21 of the housed camera 2. The second opening section 42 can be opened and closed, and in a closed state the second opening section 42 is waterproof. The second through hole 43 of the pouch body 4 is arranged at a position facing the first through hole 311. A transparent body 5 is arranged at a position facing a lens 21 of the camera 2. The first and second through holes 311 and 43 are closed off by the transparent body 5 so as to be watertight.
