A preferred example includes a container holding the product, preferably a cosmetic product, a housing to which the container is mounted, and a massage element mounted on this housing. A rotary driving arrangement drives the massage element about an axis of rotation of the massaging element relative to the housing. A conduit is in fluid communication between an outlet from the container and the massage element. The container is configured for the packaging and dispensing of the product under pressure, with the conduit being connected to an outlet of a dispensing valve on the container.
