The RFID identification data and/or RFID transceiver identification are transmitted to a collection module by the RFID transceiver. An assigned user instruction is selected by the collection module and by tables containing RFID identification data and tables containing RFID transceiver identifications accessible by the collection module and controlling the user-controllable telecommunication device by the collection module in accordance with the selected user instruction.
