A board body of the packaging corrugated board is formed of a first liner board, a second liner board, and a fluted medium sandwiched between the first and the second liner board. The fluted medium is a corrugated board having a plurality of flutes, and a direction in which the flutes extend is defined as a flute direction. The board body defines a plurality of peripheral edges, and most of the peripheral edges are neither parallel nor perpendicular to the flute direction.
