The method includes receiving a first-level application information table (AIT) including one or more application driving conditions and location information of one or more AITs; creating an AIT map table by using the first-level AIT; obtaining a second-level AIT corresponding to a predetermined application driving condition included in the AIT map table based on the location information of the second-level AIT; driving an application based on the second-level AIT.
