A thermoacoustic device includes first electrodes, a first conductive element, second electrodes, a second conductive element, first insulators, second insulators and a thermoacoustic film. The first insulators connect the first electrodes to the second conductive element while insulating them from each other, and the second insulators connect the second electrodes with the first conductive element while insulating them from each other. The thermoacoustic film is electrically connected with the first electrodes and the second electrodes.
