The invention relates to a milk-type food and drink packed in a transparent container which substantially shields light in the wavelength region of 550 to 720 nm, and a process for producing a milk-type food and drink, which comprises packing a milk-type food and drink in a transparent container which substantially shields light in the wavelength region of 550 to 720 nm.
